Train for differential indexing. Differential indexing is used when more accurate division is required, or when the division factor does not match directly with the available index plates. Then we use differential indexing. By this application you can calculate successfully.

Number of Cutting Teeth

Number of Cutting Teeth ± 1 or 3

Driver Gear fix in Dividing Plate Spindle
Driven Gear fix in Dividing head Spindle
If add 1 or 3 in number of cutting teeth then 2 idler
gear fix in the between Driver Gear and Driven
Gear if subtract 1 or 3 in number of cutting teeth
then 1 idler gear fix in the between Driver Gear
and Driven Gear
